Toward the end of the session, the creation of THE MAGICAL MOONBALLS cover is shown in eight stages, from pencil outline to the finished painting and final book cover. The children draw two book characters with Laura, while being encouraged to do more rough drafts and add words/stories of their own to their pictures.
